Specialist skills. A hands-on team.
We’re Heritage, a refurbishment and specialist-works company based in Southampton. Since 2005, we’ve helped homeowners and commercial clients repair, improve and make better use of their properties.
Making more of existing buildings.
Some properties need protection and repair. Others need a better layout or a carefully fitted interior. Our work brings together roof coatings, commercial refurbishment, decorating and joinery, with the right trades for each job.

Before we get started
Who manages the work?
Our core team oversees the programme and the work on site. James leads operations and estimating; the people involved day to day depend on the service and the work required.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes. Trusted specialist trades support our core team where the project needs them. We organise the work included in our quotation and remain your point of contact.
Do you take on new builds and extensions?
We do not build new houses or extensions, or install roofs on new builds. We do undertake kitchen fitting, door installation and decorating packages for developers, alongside our work on existing properties.
