St Annes Schoolhouse

A large private renovation and extension project. The works included the demolition of a small school upgrading of the original property to meet modern energy efficiency standards, the installation of a Ground Source Heating System, photovoltaic tiles, an energy storage system and a rainwater harvesting system all integrated to reduce costs and improve the environmental credentials of the property. The gardens required extensive landscaping and remodelling and the internals included complete replastering, redecoration, triple-glazed windows, doors and flooring throughout, the kitchen and bathrooms were also replaced in full.
