Care for listed and historic buildings

We undertake selected refurbishment work on listed and historic commercial buildings. The work is planned with the owner and project team, with the relevant permissions and specification in place before it begins.

Planning commercial works?

What commercial services do you provide?

Roof coatings and gutter lining, interior fit-out, dilapidations, decorating and refurbishment. We also provide reactive maintenance for existing commercial clients and undertake fitting and decorating packages for developers.

Can work be planned around an occupied building?

Yes, where the work and safety requirements allow. Tell us which areas need to remain available and any restrictions on working hours. We will discuss how to phase the work and where disruption is unavoidable.

Do you work for both landlords and tenants?

Yes. We work from a landlord’s refurbishment brief, a tenant’s fit-out requirement or an agreed schedule of dilapidations.

Do you work on listed buildings?

We undertake selected listed and historic building work for commercial clients. The necessary permissions and a suitable specification must be in place. We work with the owner and project team; our service does not replace specialist consent or professional advice.
